Facebook has accumulated a lot of URL formats, and some of them describe a place in the app rather than a specific video. Here is what resolves.

A direct post or video link

Or a /videos/ link from a page or profile. Both point at one specific video.

A feed or profile link

This names an account, not a video. Open the video itself first and copy the link from there.

From the mobile app

Public videos only
